Crown court representation
What if my case goes to the crown court?
Should your case be committed or sent to the crown court, we will continue to represent you throughout these proceedings. Legal aid is automatically extended to cover representation at the crown court.
We have what are known as 'Crown Court Advocates'. These are our in house advocates who would represent you at the crown court. The benefits to you are that they are readily available to see you and you do not have to incur travelling costs to travel to Barristers Chambers.
Prison law representation
In the unfortunate event of you being sentenced to a custodial sentence and you are subject to an adjudication hearing at the prison or you have issues you wish to receive legal advice and assistance on, we are able to provide a prison law service. We are also able to represent you at adjudication hearings.
We would come and see you to discuss all of your options and go through the procedures with you.
Welfare Benefits interviews
